This privacy policy sets out how OT Rehab Potential uses and protects any information that you give to us when you use this website. It describes what personal information we collect, how and why we use this information, and the safeguards we put in place to protect personal data. We may require basic information which identifies you as an individual (“Personal Information”), such as your name, email address and phone number, in order to enable you to take advantage of the particular services that we offer, for example when you send us a question / request from our “Contact Us” page, request one of our newsletters or further information on a specific department. We will only use such Personal Information for the purposes of providing information which you have requested, or for other purposes set out in these Terms.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.

We may use your personal information to send you occasional promotional information about OT Rehab Potential and other information related to our industry.

How Long We Keep Your Information For

The Regulation does not set out any specific minimum or maximum periods for retaining personal data. Instead, it says that: Personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.   • Data collected in relation to new enquiries is kept for a period of 6 months and then deleted
  • However if you take up one of our services, we will retain personal data for 7 years for adults and 7 years following their 18th birthday for children, unless upon review it is deemed necessary to retain it for a longer period.

Audits and Inspections

OT Rehab Potential will submit to audits and inspections, providing all necessary information to ensure it meets the Article 28 obligations, always cooperating with supervisory authorities (such as the ICO, HCPC).

 

Right to Complain

If you are concerned that we have breached a privacy law or code binding on us, please send an email marked “Urgent” to Rikha Wilmot, Owner at rwilmot@otrehabpotential.co.uk.  We aim to respond in a reasonable time (normally 24 hours). We will manage your complaint and will give you additional information about how it will be handled.
